Top Philadelphia Hotel Reviews

Element Philadelphia Downtown
10/10 Excellent
"Great overnight visit began well with the valets’ helpful curbside greeting. Check in was smooth and courteous. Room was in perfect condition, clean, with nice beds, comfortable bedding and pillows. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet before walking to see the Liberty Bell. A perfect overnight having decided to stay in Philly after the Flyers game driving back to Vermont from North Carolina. Def’ly would stay again! "

Sonesta Select Philadelphia Airport

Club Quarters Hotel Rittenhouse Square, Philadelphia
10/10 Excellent
"room was clean and very quiet! all the staff i interacted with were friendly and professional!! filtered water on every floor was a plus!! close to septa and all kinds of food and entertainment!"

The Windsor Suites
6/10 Okay
"Would not recommend staying here other than maybe in the summer. The rooms do not have individual HVAC systems. During months when the building has the heat on, your options are to have your room get up to 78 degrees, or have the door open for noise and critters to enter. No windows with screens. "

Wyndham Philadelphia Historic District
8/10 Good
"Staff was able to accommodate check in an hour early - great. Asked for a quiet room away from the street, facing to back. Got a very small room across from the fire station. "

Doubletree by Hilton Philadelphia Airport
6/10 Okay
"They are I. The middle of renovation. On the 9 th floor no ice available. And the bathroom was cold no heat flowing in. No way to warm food. No other complaints."

Hilton Garden Inn Philadelphia Center City
10/10 Excellent
"internet kept cutting out but the room was fine. Staff were very friendly"

Sonesta Philadelphia Rittenhouse Square
6/10 Okay
"I was able to check in early. The first room I was assigned was filthy and run down. Dust everywhere, excrement stains all over the side and back of toilet, rust and mildew in the tub, paint falling off the ceiling, stains on the sheets and walls, and hair everywhere. I went downstairs and noted the issue and was given another room. The new room was one 1.5 steps above the other on the cleanliness scale. Luckily i brought gloves, lysol wipes, and trash bags (they dont give you trash bags). I spent about 30mins making the room livable between inspecting the sheets to make sure they werent dirty (clean sheets this time and mattress covers) and cleaning the surface areas and bathroom. The beds are firm and pillows are lousy. I had to pile all 4 pillows together just to get any kind of next support. They gave me a credit for “The Art Bar” which we used for breakfast. The staff at the bar seemed like they were exhausted and ready to end the work day (it was 10am). We ordered breakfast sandwiches when we received them, they were burnt to a crisp with no flavor. There are 4 elevators but each morning it took about 10mins to get to the lobby bc they barely worked. Front desk staff was nice but overall, this hotel sucked. I will never ever stay at another Sonesta. Shut this raggedy place down and start over…"

Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Square
10/10 Excellent
"Great hotel but do not like the $28 "activity fee" and did not see any activities which this fee would cover.
Breakfast was so slow it was not possible to order on the menu. I cant always eat so much as to need a buffet."
