"There's no staff, but you get plenty of information prior to your stay. Shower is tiny, but stocked with soaps in case needed (bring your own). Overall quiet and pleasant stay. I recommend for a week or more since kitchenette and mini fridge are included."

"One of the nicest boutique hotels I have stayed at, anywhere! A true gem of a find. Rooms are large and beautifully appointed. Central garden with pool is lovely oasis in middle of city. Get the balcony room, overlooking this area. Restaurant fantastic! Already planning return trip to enjoy longer (this was quick weekend visit). Five ⭐️ +"

The Conwell Inn

"The hotel is really good, located in the middle of Temple University, bus connections on either side. The bed is very soft and comfortable, the room is spacious (bathroom is a little small). The aircon is quite old and is sort of unconventional. Breakfast isn’t provided but there is a cafe within the same building. Additionally, if you scan the QR code in your room you’ll find a list of recommendations; very handy. The reception provides complimentary bottles of water, you just have to ask them. Wifi is good, on day one it kept dropping out but after that it was good. The biggest annoyance I had was the fact that on Expedia it says that laundry service was provided, and so I had organised my itinerary based on that, however it was not offered. Also for some reason there is a lot of light outside the room (probably from the university lights) the block out curtains take out most of it but still quite a lot of light comes through, plus you can hear people talking in the hallway when you’re in your room. Other than those few little things, it’s a decent hotel."

"Beautiful property! Was in town for Coratia's WC game vs Ghana. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Got great tips for local eateries- Mamajuana rocked!- and places to check out. Check-in and check-out were simple and quick. The room was as advertised. Spacious, great view, and very clean. Easy to get to, close to public transportation, a block from the casino, and access to a beautiful river walk. Will book again and highly recommend."

"The place was very clean and as advertised. The only thing to note is that the property has no central air, only window units. From driving around, it seems common for the area but if you aren’t expecting it, it’s a bit of a surprise. There are window units in every room and they pump out good air. Just shut the doors as much as possible. Rae was very communicative and friendly."
