「酒店没有招牌，很难找。旁边也不能停车。最难受的是酒店挨着轻轨，每隔几分钟就有车通过，从早上7点到晚上24点不停。几乎没有睡着。房间油漆味很重。」

「The main lobby smelt like animal pee, elevator was slow so we took the stairs most of the time. Neighborhood wasn’t super convenient, and the stay came with no parking details so you have to fend for yourself. You had to pay a $250 deposit hold when you got there (normal for a hotel) and for some reason the front desk kept pushing the one time $50 option that want refundable). The rooms were clean but you could tell common areas in the unit were cleaned just enough, hair ties left around, dust...

「Room - not clean, with previous guest belongings were still all over the room. Cleaners - never came 2hrs after there were scheduled. Owners - of the establishment were highly unprofessional. Urgently requesting for me to cancel/refund my reservation 2hrs after check-in bc they had double booked my reservation and would not be able to house my party of 2 for the weekend. They also specified that there were no refunds and gave me a hard time getting my refund. All in all I would not advise anyone...

「I traveled solo as elder woman & the neighborhood is lower income & rather run down, but much more quiet than expected. Once inside two separately locked doors, the environment changed dramatically. Even had music playing one day. I was uncertain of the area, but onsite manager was kind, respectful, & helped when I was short of various supplies. Communication with the suites itself was sporadic and slow. I DID appreciate window air conditioning! Temp got to 110 while I was there!」

「DO NOT STAY HERE. We had booked two bedrooms and the one bedroom was not clean. The bed was not made and the towels were not changed and it smelled horrible in there. We had three people so we had to book a different place to stay for the night. We could not get in contact with the hotel after calling multiple times and communicating with hotels.com as well. They are not refunding us. 」

「Our group of three booked a two beds room at the hotel, but the hotel gave us a room with a king bed. At check-in, the front desk staff did not inform us of the error, so we had to go back downstairs with our luggage to find out why. The front desk staff told us that there were no twin rooms available (we had already paid in full when we made the reservation and don't understand why a room wasn't reserved).
