Don’t listen to other reviews with people complaining- you always get what you pay for and I’ve stayed here numerous times over the years……… Room was as advertised and expected. Perfect to stay for a deal with everything working. Ice cold AC! Staff are friendly and nice people. Breakfast was very basic but it is provided: tea, coffee, juice, waffles, bagels, bread accompanied by basic spreads and muffins. I cared more abt the price and booked another night. I’d stay again

Female Front Desk Check-in Attendant was very nice. However, the interior of the property looked as though no attention had been given to it in years. The white wood on the gray walls was filthy, with even one end piece exposing a dangerous nail. The guest elevator never the Front Desk was filthy, with it having the look of a Freight elevator: marred walls, dents, floor marred. Very unappealing. Then, there was a small piece of white paper right outside my room door. Why? No vacuum cleaner? In the room, #411, the bathroom had a nice countertop, but both the tub (needed cleansering) and the sink had holes in them; in other words, no covers so that nothing dropped down the sink or the tub would be lost. Also, it looked like a fight had gone on in that room, because the bathroom door was all knicked and scratched. Terrible. Then, first appearance at looking at the two Queen beds: Both the overturned top sheets were wrinkled. All the sheets had a wrinkled look to them. Not appealing. Removing the covers revealed that the first Queen bed had small specs of dirt or something on it. Could not sleep in that bed. Then, the second Queen bed, while the sheet was clean enough, there was a long black hair on the top part of the bed, near the bed pillows. Finally, the telephone in the room did not work. Very surprised at all of the above, since the name of the venue/comples is QUALITY Inn and Suites. I will not stay here again.

The hotel is a little dated but clean. The beds were comfortable. The only problem was the pillows had water stains. The pillows should be changed for new ones. The maidens were nice.
