「Good location! Manager answered all our questions and said they would fix the issues we had but never did. They gave us a small refund for our inconvenience. When they didn’t fix the very easy issues we didn’t address others. There is something wrong with the heating system. The thermostat didn’t work properly. The place was either freezing or way too hot. The kitchen door needs to be cleaned- it was very sticky. We enjoyed our stay overall! 」

「The condo was fine, but it was very sparse, no extra blankets or amenities. Fine. But, the dog park on the roof was closed, which was a KEY consideration when booking downtown because I am disabled and have a service dog. When I asked the very rough looking person at the front desk where I should walk my dog, they replied "You? You should not be on this street after dark. 「The stay was good. I would stay here again. Would recommend an additional accent chair or two and shades or blackout blinds. Was uncertain about parking, so we reserved a place in the lot. Reservation process is quite cumbersome. Lots of VRBO emails and codes to keep track of. Check in/out process was a bit confusing. Fortunately the front desk was very patient and helped us out without any issues. Two bottles of water for four people was not enough and no ice.」
