There is only one thermostat that controls the temperature throughout the entire building. The building's maintenance team is the only one authorized to adjust the building-wide temperature settings.

Accidental Damage Waiver
Accidents happen—enjoy your stay with one less thing to worry about. You can choose to add an accidental damage waiver for $69 per stay, which waives your responsibility for eligible accidental damage up to $150, subject to the waiver’s terms, conditions and exclusions.

🛂Guest Registration & Building Access
To help your arrival go smoothly and maintain a secure environment for residents and guests, guest registration is required before check-in under the building’s documented homeowners association (HOA) rules. This requirement allows the building to maintain guest records and manage access to residential areas.

In accordance with these rules, guests must provide the following information for registration:

•Email address
•Phone number
•Valid government-issued ID

After your reservation is confirmed, we’ll send registration instructions through Airbnb. Registration can be completed through our online guest portal. Please complete the required registration before arrival so your building access can be arranged without unnecessary delays. For assistance with registration, please message us through Airbnb.

We request only the information necessary to satisfy the HOA’s documented requirements. Registration information is used for building registration, security and access management. The privacy notice provided before collection explains how your information is used, shared, stored and securely deleted, including applicable retention periods.
