Perfect

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. It turned out to be the perfect place. I had to stay in Philly for a week and the apartment had everything I needed. Would absolutely come back and stay again.

Perfect location for site seeing and concert

The location is a straight shot drive to the navy yard area where we saw a concert, and also walking distance to downtown sites. The street is very calm and quiet. The unit had the feel of a hotel in terms of very nice bedding and no personal items of a host. Nicely appointed with soap etc. It was extremely spacious so staying in a night was comfortable. Small store across street for food and other necessities, and great coffee / bakery spot in the theater lobby around the corner that really had good stuff. Plenty of space for emptying your suitcases. The kitchen had what’s needed for even more than basic cooking. K-Kup coffee machine, never my favorite. Condition of apartment is good. Very responsive host. Our apartment was third floor walk up so just be aware.
