The bathroom had mildew in several places. There was no coffee in my room. The tables in the lobby were sticky and gross. We were not informed about breakfast availability and times. Parking should be included in the price of a room.

The room had 2 light bulbs out, and bedsheet had a stain on it, nightstand has scratches, and bathroom hook metal is broken along with detached shampoo body wash dispenser.

Philly Inn & Suites
The refrigerator did not work! And our smoke alarm was beeping (batterie) upon entering the room. Told front desk staff while out purchased a battery just in case (saftey) when returning same battery and beeping!! So I changed it myself with the new one purchased! Wouldn't be able to sleep knowing ...
