"WOW! Just getting a hold of the host was not easy nor convenient. Firs of all we arrived at the lobby and the receptionist said he could not give us the lobby wifi so we can get a hold of the host!?! So I asked if I can borrow his phone and he said "NO, I HAVE NO LOAD"!! But then this other receptionist, I belive his name was Abangyan was very VERY helpful!! He let us use his phone and finally got a hold of the host. So it was a 3pm check-in and guess what .... we got there at 3:30pm and the room wasn't ready !! They were still cleaning it. Needless to say we didn't enter our room until 4:30pm and the cleaning lady was still cleaning our room. Yeah folks, try to stay away from this one. Poor host, poor communication and late check in. Yeah, I should get some kind of discount or refund for this !!"

"Excellent location, walking distance to restaurants and stores and safe. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I got a studio room, the kitchen little outdated but nothing major of course comparumg to the US. For the price and location were very good. I will definitely book here again. "

"The listing advertised accommodations including one queen bed, three double beds, one sofa bed, and one single bed. However, upon arrival, the unit only had one queen bed, one single bed, a sofa bed, and an extra mattress placed on the floor. This is a significant discrepancy from what was advertised and materially affected our stay. In addition, the condition of the condominium was unacceptable. The unit was not properly cleaned, and we encountered roaches and other bugs in multiple areas, including the closets, kitchen, and bathrooms. We had to request insect spray ourselves, which was only provided after raising the issue. I raised these concerns with the host/property management, but they did not offer any reasonable resolution or even a partial refund despite the misleading listing and poor sanitation. "
