「I stayed for 1 week and my room was cleaned and I got clean towels only once, and that was only because i saw the cleaning staff and requested it. There was no front desk to make inquiries or requests. Whenever I checked the office was locked. The safe had no instructions on how to reset and no staff to assist. It felt more like a hostel than a hotel. But i felt the cost was too high for a hostel. It was very disappointing and i would not stay there again」

「Our 3 bedroom was immaculate and just as promised. The resort was quiet despite our stay during March break. We enjoyed the beach, yoga room, gym and the on-site restaurant. Staff were respectfully friendly and always available to help including concierge. It was a truly relaxing environment in a remarkable environment. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back.」

「Rooms were nice and staff was friendly. Property was fine. They are definitely on vacation time as meals are slow (2+ hours for a meal). The restaurants leave a bit to be desired. Poesia was not great at all - probably the worst meal in our party we had in the whole island and the worst Italian. The place is new but the chef is trying to be too creative with limited access to ingredients. A few people had a shrimp dish with tomatoes and no-one had tomatoes in it. Azure is okay - mediocre.
