Walking distance to everything Old-Town Scottsdale has to offer! Restaurants, bars, clubs, shopping, fashion square mall, movie theaters, and parks.

Contemporary 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat that offers an inviting kitchen equipped with appliances, raised panel cabinets, granite counters, and spacious private covered balcony.

Heated pool, hot tub, parking, BBQ grills & fitness center included.

No smoking (if broken, a report and large fine will be assessed)

Check-in is anytime after 4PM (please ask if you need to come earlier)

Everything you need in close proximity

Right experience, right price. Host was responsive and normal, lol. Apartment was cozy. Mattress was high as a kite. Not like, Snoop high but like, a long way off the ground so, bring your Jordan's. Otherwise super comfy.

Place was clean, very comfortable bed! The only thing would be that the patio area needs some TLC. The actual grounds are great! Oh and there is no pool table as shown in pics.

Lovely Stay with a Few Minor Flaws

I recently stayed at this property and had a wonderful experience overall. The space was clean, inviting, and offered my wife and me a perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The location was convenient, with easy access to local attractions and dining options. While I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, a few small issues, kept it from being perfect. The only issue was that the kitchen was missing a few essential cooking items and had only two forks. Nonetheless, it’s a great spot, and I’d happily recommend it to others looking for a comfortable vacation rental.
