Clean, minimal, easy, we travel to the area often, we haven’t found a place to consistently stay at. I think we may have, this rental was great.

Apartment was not cleaned when I checked in the first night, after HOURS of drive from Grand Canyon. I had to wait and ultimately call them again again to get a new room in a far away building; but I was fine since I was very positive after visiting the Canyon. Then I check in to new apartment but the neighbors upstairs go violent ALL the night and threw stuff at each other and scream to the point I was like I should call the cops! The building technically has gates but they are open all the time and it feels very unsafe. Then there is a drone literally flying at your window every night, which is very disturbing! Also the apartment is very empty with no rugs or feeling of a home. The pool is also very loud and people do drink and stay all night, as I wonder how would it feel like to live in one of the apartments near the pool. I don’t recommend this place specially if you are a woman traveling on your own…

The hostess was so helpful and answered all my questions right away. I was very appreciative. Great experience great location. Pool was great. Easy assess. Everyone was very nice.

Awesome

More than I expected, pool gym were awesome and location from BnB was great. The surrounding area was amazing with so much to do, couldn’t have asked for more. Would gladly use this BnB over and over!!!

Disappointed

Upon arrival we had dead and live bugs in multi areas of the apartment, including the bed and they did not leave any extra bedding for the sofa sleeper. There was a broken blind in the main bedroom, this was a first-floor unit. The bed and sofa sleeper were extremely uncomfortable; it was as if we were sleeping on the floor.I had reached out the host, their comment was well bugs do enter the apartment, and the cleaning crew had cleaned apartment today. Sure, bugs do enter living spaces but if the apartment was cleaned before our arrival why am I finding them and if you know you have a bug/ant problem then why are you not being proactive for your guests and spray on a regular basis. That evening, I had to strip the bedding wash it and clean down all kitchen counters. Day 2 their cleaning staff came over to do a refresh of the apartment there was no refresh; they simply dropped off extra sheets, bug spray, empty the garbage and left the dead bugs for me to clean up. That evening we were struck with ants in the living room. Finally on Day 3 the maintenance crew arrived to fix the broken blind and towel rack, and Day 4 pest control came by.Overall, it was not a relaxing stay at all between the bug issue and the poor sleeping arrangements. We checked out a day early.
