Scottsdale visit
Had a great time and enjoyed our stay. There was a complaint that we were being too loud from the tenants below. Just walking around was all we were doing. Anyway, would recommend staying here for sure.

Rude property host
The place is lovely and in a good area. We had our first issue when we noticed the advertised pack and play was not there, the host was in no hurry to correct this and I had to push to get it there before our baby went to sleep. The place has old plumbing and when we encountered some issues we were told to fix it ourselves or pay for a plumber. The host was a rather unpleasant communicator and seemed annoyed that we dared to bring up issues.

We had a great stay here for several nights. Condo had everything we needed. Loved that there were big TVs in living rooms and both bedrooms. Also appreciated the split floor plan with king beds in both bedrooms. Would stay here again.

This condo was GREAT! Had everything you could ever need-- Justin was great to work with and very communicative. Beds were comfy and equipped with extra towels, pillows, blankets-- everything! We would definitely stay here again!!

Winter in Signature
I loved this condo. I have stayed for many winters in Signature. This condo was well equipped. The chairs and couch were comfortable and not broken. The beds were great. There were plenty of towels and extra blankets. Every room had a working TV connected to cable. I have stayed in Signature and the owners removed the cable. Cable is included in the HOA so it made no sense. The remotes worked too. I can’t tell you how much I appreciative this condo. Everything was in very good shape

Great Place
The place was as advertised. Very clean, nicely laid out with everything you could need. Very well appointed with kitchen, laundry and bathroom. Beds were very comfortable. Close to many places to eat and shopping. Will definitely look to rebook when I travel to Scottsdale again.
