This is the perfect place to stay if you want to be close to everything either driving or walking.

No contact check-in and check-out at our property with keypad!

We’re a 10-minute drive or less from Camelback Ranch: Spring Training, Cardinals Stadium, Westgate Entertaiment, Racing, Tanger Outlets, Desert Diamond Casino, Desert Diamond Arena, Top Golf, and more!

Guests can enjoy the public park in front of the home and can take a stroll.

Across the street is a Chevron gas station, Starbucks, McDonalds, a grocery store, restaurants, CVS, and so much more.
The space
The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 living rooms, 2 couches, a game room with pacman/a large dart board and pool table, kitchen, and outside patio sitting area.

The house includes 4 TV's, a Bluetooth fire pit console, beanbag chair, a gas electric fire pit patio table to cozy up on cold nights!

We have provided backyard games such as cornhole, puzzles, books, small pacman/battleship consoles, shampoos, conditioners, kitchen supplies/appliances, laundry supplies, hair dryer, extra blankets and towels, and more for all our guests!

The Master bedroom has a work desk space, TV, a long dresser, a small couch to sit down, a queen size bed, along with a connected private large bathroom.

The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed along with a dresser and mirror and a small walk-in closet.

The 3rd bedroom has adult size bunkbeds with a long dresser with plenty of walk-in closet space.

The house has a small pull-out bed, one twin air mattress, and one queen mattress that guests can use.

we provide a baby crib if needed, upon request.

My first concern was entry into a keyless home, but that concern was erased with timely ease to enter the home with the digital passcode. The home was spacious and comfortable much more so than a hotel room. For the times that we stayed, the kids and adults enjoyed the dedicated game room and number of other entertainment choices. Kitchen and dining area and lounge area were well suited for those who wish to cook and at home. Location was around the corner from local and national restaurants as well grocery stores. Park across the street was convenient for my grand kids to get some baseball practice in. Location to Camelback ranch was a short 15 minute drive and close to the local Catholic Parish. I want to thank the owner for listening to my point of view in relationship to the property at check out. It was resolved to my satisfaction. I would come again.

I’m starting to see a trend at Vrbo houses where the managers haven’t been to the houses that they are managing it was very evident when we got there that no one had been there or use the property for a while. Several of the smoke detectors were chirping which I have a hard time believing that that all happened at one time Light switches did not work snacks were dated 2024. The showerhead in the second level bathroom has three buttons on it that would not stay on so you had to hold your thumb on the showerhead felt like I was using a water, safe type showerhead kind of like in a motorhome. When I reached out to the property manager at 11 o’clock at night because the smoke detectors were chirping. I was told to go around the house and pull the batteries and that it was midnight and there was nothing that they would do until the morning I did so and they stopped, but the whole attitude was frustrating me being the customer. The location was nice. We were in town for an event and it was close to where we needed to be.
