Great weekend getaway
We stayed for a bachelorette trip and it was ideal. Very walkable to Old Town. We love lounging by the pool. The house was very cute and cozy.

Very nice place in a terrific location. Blocks from all the action of Old Town Scottsdale, this place has the cozy comforts of home. The property manager was terrific to work with and very helpful.

Wonderful place
My mom and I came out here to look for new apartments for my upcoming move. We wanted a cozy quiet place that was within walking distance to old town and restaurants. This place is a lot bigger than it looks. Super clean with a great relaxing boho vibe. Low noise and close to it all! Communication was also great. Highly recommended esp at the price we paid for 2 nights. Would def stay here again!

Great rental
We rented this location when dropping my son off at ASU. Perfect location in Scottsdale as we gathered our school supplies locally as we are from out of state. Lots of wonderful restaurants nearby a pretty local to all our needs. Apartment is clean and very nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable. We had a small issue with the washing machine which wouldn’t wash. It filled with water and and did nothing else. Owner was super responsive, saying she knew and was planning to fix though I wish I had known before I got there as it would have saved me the hassle of dragging wet bedding for college to the laundromat. However, the property is great and the owner was very quick to respond. Overall, we would rent again.

Great unit!
This condo was perfect for what I needed. I was in town visiting my daughter who attends ASU. This location was absolutely perfect! I walked to Sprouts and Starbucks in the morning. We were close enough to Old Town to walk and we also used scooters to get around when we were too tired (and hot) to walk. Marlissa was a wonderful host and always responded very quickly to my questions. Check in was super easy! Thank you for a wonderful stay! I will definitely be keeping your info for future trips!

Nice townhome! Had plenty of space for everyone.
It was clean and the pool looked like a lot of fun but couldn’t get in. The gate had a chain and lock on it so it was closed. Why ? It was so clean the pool.
