This incredible luxury home has four beautifully decorated bedrooms. The master bedroom has a walk-in closet, private bathroom, and it's own 4K TV. There are two other bedrooms with king-size beds both with comfortable linens and mattresses. The fourth bedroom has two twin beds. All four bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your things.

There are 3 large bathrooms in this home. There is the master ensuite bathroom featuring a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom features another walk-in shower. The third bathroom has a combination tub and shower. The bathrooms are thoughtfully stocked with everything you need, including hair dryers, shampoo, conditioner, soap, and fluffy hotel-quality towels. You’ll find a full-size washer and dryer in a separate room.

The sleek, modern kitchen is equipped with brand new appliances and all the cookware and utensils you need to self-cater in style. The large refrigerator features a water and ice dispenser and you’ll find the drawers and cabinets stocked with premium pots and pans.

As one of our guests, you have full access to this private home along with its many amenities.

This home is set up with outdoor security cameras at the front door for your peace of mind. There is parking available for two vehicles in the garage. Guests are able to check themselves in using a smart lock.

Important Notice for Guests: We kindly request that no mail or deliveries be sent to this property, as we do not have key access for mail. For your convenience and security, please arrange to pick up any deliveries at a secure locker or the nearest post office or mail center.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is a gated community that is very quiet and safe. There is a playground and large grass area for the kids to enjoy.

Getting Around:
There are sidewalks throughout the community.

Ride share apps are always available in the area.

Other Things to Note:
* Late check-out and early check-in are available upon request for a fee of $30 per hour, subject to availability. If you do not check out on time, a penalty of $100 per hour will be applied. Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to inquire about early check-in or extending your stay. Approval for both is based on availability.

* Extra guest fee of $75/night from the 8th person

* We require a guest list for each confirmed booking

* No Smoking inside and outside of the property. There is a MINIMUM Smoking Penalty Fee of $1,500 for Smoking at the property.

*This property is monitored via Ring Cameras outside the entrance.

* Overnight Parking Information: Please be advised that overnight parking on the street is not permitted in our area. However, there is an Ace Hardware store conveniently located across the street. While we cannot guarantee parking availability, you may consider speaking with the staff at Ace Hardware to explore the possibility of parking your vehicle there. We kindly remind you to ensure that your vehicle is not left on the street overnight to comply with local regulations.

* Due to fire season in Scottsdale, the use of fireworks or any other explosive devices is strictly prohibited on the property. Our dry climate and natural landscape make the city highly vulnerable to fires. Using such items endangers lives and property and could result in severe damage, potentially burning down large portions of Scottsdale.

During the summer months, the Arizona monsoon season brings heavy rain and strong winds which causes the pool to be filled with dirt and debris. As much as possible, we make sure to keep the pool clean and ready before you check in but since this is something we can’t control on our end, please note that a refund due to the pool’s condition during this season will not be possible.

We will have the pool ready for your check-in but daily cleanings are not included. The pool is equipped with a long pole and hand skimmer for removing debris during your stay. If you would like us to request our pool maintenance company to do an on-demand visit, you can request this but additional charges may apply.

* If you’d like to enjoy a warm, inviting pool during your stay, we offer pool heating services! For the best experience, we recommend requesting pool heating at least a week before your arrival. The service is available for a fee of $75 per night, which will be added to your booking if you opt for it. Please reach out to us if you’d like to arrange pool heating, and we’ll be happy to make your stay even more comfortable.

* Important Notice for Guests: Maintenance Visits
Please note that periodic maintenance visits, including services like pest control, landscaping, pool cleaning, and trash collection, may occur during your stay. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, we'll notify you in advance if any scheduled appointments coincide with your reservation dates.

*For cancellations made outside of Airbnb, please note that we adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in our listing. If you're eligible for a refund, please be aware that a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted.

• For all non-Airbnb reservations, we require guests to provide photos of their IDs along with a selfie holding the ID for registration purposes. This process ensures the safety and security of our guests and property. Please rest assured that all submitted information will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for verification purposes.
