Disappointing return stay

The registration information wasn't provided prior to the stay as indicated. I had to contact your customer service and leave a message for a return call, which took much longer than it should have. Then, I had to download and app and go through a registration process as our party was trying to pick up our rental car and leave the airport. Once I was able to speak to someone that individual was friendly and helpful. In addition, the first two nights of our stay there was a big party going on in one of the units across the way from us. The noise went on late into the night as the individuals had their front door open like they were operating a party house. Lastly, someone reached out to me during the stay and inferred it was Golf Troops fault they didn't sent me the registration information. I thought it was classless not to take accountability. The location and units are great and this is the 4th time we have stayed there. We did not encounter any of the issues mentioned above with the prior owner/management company. You guys have some work to do to improve the customer experience.
