Very disappointing stay with serious maintenance and communication issues.On the first morning, while my wife was in the shower, the water suddenly stopped. Moments later, a man walked into the house through the front door without knocking or ringing the bell. He said he was a handyman and claimed he didn’t know renters were staying there. This was extremely concerning. I contacted the host immediately but received no explanation or apology.We later discovered the upstairs master bathroom toilet does not flush properly, so we had to use the downstairs bathroom for the entire stay. The downstairs bathroom also had no shampoo, soap, or body wash provided.The laundry dryer does not work properly either, it only blows cold air, so we couldn’t use it as planned. In general, the property feels worn down and in need of maintenance. Even small things like the paper towel holder were falling apart. The kitchen was the only area that seemed fully functional and stocked.We also accidentally left a few items behind. The host initially said they would check but never followed up. Later we were told the management company had changed, and the new company has not responded to our calls or emails.Overall, the lack of maintenance, communication, and someone entering the house without notice made this a very frustrating experience. I hope the new management company reads this review and makes improvements for future guests.
