The key pad didn’t work for 3 days. We had no wash cloths or hand towels for 3 days. It took 19 messages and a threat to leave and get our money back before anything was done. I finally ask when the batteries to the key pad had been replaced. We received batteries the next day. One sink didn’t drain properly. Flooring needed to be replaced.

I am giving 5 stars to the host of this property, not to the property itself. We were very disappointed in the state of the property upon check in, and the longer we were there, the more problems we encountered. I reached out to the host and they responded quickly to offer solutions. We did end up checking out after only one night since the host offered a full refund for the unused nights, which was very much appreciated. I have never encountered an issue like this using vrbo, so I am very pleased that this host was easy to work with. They understood that we did not feel comfortable and did not feel that we were getting what was advertised or a good value for our money. I would recommend this host, but unfortunately not this property.
