Relaxing and great environment!

I really enjoyed my stay at this beautiful home and the host was excellent! The property is spacious and gives a great sense of privacy. I would definitely book with them again.

Good weekend getaway!

A large group of us wanted a local place for a couple nights to have a weekend getaway and this place was great for that! There were lots of space for 10 of us, and we enjoyed all the sitting room and big backyard!

Peaceful & Perfect!

My friends and I rented this VRBO to have a pool party, and our stay was perfect. The listing is accurate, and the location was convenient for my friends who were all coming from different parts of Phoenix. It was close to the highway but was very quiet, even on the night of July 4th. I would definitely recommend this stay!

Roomy and clean

We enjoyed our stay at Jacob’s place. The place has lots of room and had everything we needed. The owner was very responsive and helpful and pleasant to work with. Beware mosquitos!

Amazing

The property had all the amenities that we needed for our coworker retreat. The pool was very spacious and the jacuzzi was very nice, the house was very clean overall. In the end the whole place was very beautiful and very spacious and it's accommodated our every need. The host is also very communicative and friendly.

The house was very comfortable. Plenty of room. House could have been cleaner. Not a lot of dishes or cooking supplies. No grill outside.

Jacob was absolutely Awesome, Let’s Start there. I had issues with my card , he was patient allowing me time to call the bank and get things settled.He sent step by step instructions on how to gain access into the house. It was like he was on standby to answer any of my questions (on a Saturday) I didn’t have any concerns the house was just as pictured. The only thing they didn’t add was the beautiful view from the pool watching the sunrise. I host monthly couples events and normally do it at my house. But strongly considering doing them at this house, due to all my friends telling me how convenient the location was. I’m a chef so I made the mistake of bringing my own cooking equipment (pot ,pans, knives etc) let’s just say I over packed, because literally everything I needed was already there. We can’t wait to book again
