very unhappy customer

the house is in a great location, from the beginning the information was not given to me for check in, I had to reach out several times. When getting to the property there were overgrown weeds in the backyard, mice/rat droppings in the second bedroom on the carpet and broken cabinets in primary suite. they didi not leave enough towels for the people that was in the house and it took them over a day to bring towels, we had to bring some from our daughters house. Some of group was leary to stay in the room with the droppings, so they opted to get a hotel which cost us more money. I had been in contact with the company the entire time and the compensation they offered was ridiculous considering this property was not fir for anyone to stay in, very disappointed with VRBO-Goodnight stay and how they have handled the situation thus far. Very dissatisfied. customer. Its unfortunate the house is darling and in a great location.
