I enjoyed my stay at the property. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was low and the sink drainage was slow. I did have an incident at the rooftop restaurant. They closed the kitchen 30 minutes ahead of the time posted that it would close which forced me to leave the hotel to get something to eat. Besides these items, everything else was great.

We found a roach in our room within minutes of entering. The parking situation was a nightmare. It was either parking on a sketchy street far from the building or risk getting towed/a ticket because the paid parking was only available until 2am. When we went downstairs to talk about the room situation, they didn’t have any other rooms available and the only solution given to us was that someone could go kill the roach in our room. If there is one roach there are plenty more though so we decided to leave at 1am instead of staying but we were not refunded. They even refused to check us out at the time. I didn’t get any confirmation paperwork or anything in writing.

The location is fantastic walking distance to many restaurants and bars. The roof top deck had an amazing view, good music and excellent customer service. Like the decor and vibe of hotel , room was nice and beds were comfortable.

The only thing I really would have changed is having a warning that there isn’t parking. I didn’t receive that and had a surgery at a hospital near by so it made it a little difficult. The valet per night is very pricey and we were unable to afford that. However I did appreciate the staff getting me a wheel chair after surgery and checking in to make sure the stay was good!
