The employees working at the reservation desk and facility are very hospitable and responsible. The room and grounds were impeccably groomed and clean . The room itself had 2 issues; #1 hot water inconvenience, and #2 old mattress. The engineer did show me how to get hot water. First turn on the bathtub water at a slow trickle, then it will warm up for full flow of hot water. Yes I did know this coming from Chicago, but the valves to let out hot water took a ridiculous amount of time. For the price of the room, that was unexpected. The owner of the unit needs to know that mattress is very done / lumpy and frumpy. Also, how about some simple kindness like tissues at the bedside, a pen and notepad, and a few more simple kitchen gadgets like a corkscrew and cooking utensils.
