This Scottsdale beauty is just minutes from everything both Oldtown and North Scottsdale has to offer. This recently updated 3 bdrm, 2.5 bath home was carefully crafted with the renter in mind. You will love coming home after a day of golfing, site seeing, hiking or shopping to relax on the private outdoor patio or get the best night of sleep on the plush resort-style beds. A great home office space, cozy reading nook, and movie size tv in master, round out just a few of the extra amenities

Excellent Condo in Central Scottsdale

I highly recommend this very clean, well stocked, centrally located condo in Scottsdale. The owner, MB, was very responsive to any questions or concerns. I especially enjoyed the close proximity to Chaparral Park with walking and bike paths. We have rented many VRBOs and this one is definitely a favorite.

Better than the pictures

Because we journeyed across the country for a wedding, my tired family was glad this place proved better than the pictures. We appreciated having paper products and clean bathrooms. The request to wash four beds of linens and all towels before departure was new to us for a rental. This place was in good repair and matched the venue description. This property could easily be lived in for a lovely extended stay.

Great for a family stay

Incredibly well-equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds, board games. Everything you need for a family stay. MB was very communicative and responsive. Would totally stay here again on our next visit.

Great stay near chapparal park

Maribeth is a terrific host and accommodated anything we needed. House was well stocked so nicely decorated with great master bed and bedroom. Location made it easy to do all the things we enjoy with hiking and enjoying good restaurants. Nice back deck area to enjoy too. Thanks!

Lovely home

Enjoyed our stay, home was very comfortable and clean. Walking distance to a beautiful park. Only glitch was getting our front door code from the realtor but owner responded quickly and helped us out.

Open floor plan and modern design

The 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and washer/dryer made this a comfortable place to stay. The community pool was a bonus for the family. The location is close to dining, golf, and shopping. We enjoyed our stay in Scottsdale!
