Good Location Not Clean

Location was great for moving our daughter into ASU Downtown. Workout facility was great, pool was nice. Rooms fit for what we needed with plenty of room. Downside was it wasn't clean. Rollout bed was full of pet hair and sheets were dirty. We had to wash them before using, so the washer and dryer were nice. Finger nail clippings on the night stand, leftover dog bone under the TV stand, etc. Our feet and socks got black from just walking around in the place. Rating is because it wasn't clean, needs a little TLC, but the facility and location were very good.

Units are fairly new and immaculate. Checkin was easy. Unit comes with all amenities and are easy accessible. I had a five night stay which is why I really need to wash clothes and my dryer was not working (heating issue). I msj them about it on my first night there. Told me they would send handymen out to fix. No one ever showed up to fix problem. I msj them again to see what had happened. And all I got was an Apologies for the inconvenience msj. (I have receipts) Other than this. Place was cool
