Beautiful and clean property

House was beautiful, comfortable, huge and spotless. The heated pool was heavenly and provided hours of fun for the kids. The rooftop deck was perfect for morning coffee. My family agreed that it was the nicest property we’ve stayed in in AZ.

Great house, nice location, good value!

We rented this house for a family vacation. My wife, our two children, my mother and sister, and myself all stayed at the house together. We had plenty of room for all of us to have our own space, the kitchen was great for the meals we had at the house and the pool and hot tub were big hits with the kids!! The location is great! Both quiet and peaceful at night, and close enough to make accessing activities and entertainment relatively easy! Many rentals charge extra fees to heat their swimming pools, this one included that during the time of year we visited, which made it a great value comparatively! We would rent this house again without hesitation!

good stay with friends and family

everything was really good. everything was furnished (dishes, pool towels, towels, linens). at one point we had dinner for 12 and we had enough plates and silverware. The owner/property manager communicated great! if i wanted to be really picky i would say: 1. there needs to be another sitting area other than the pit crew in front of the TV. and 2. There needs to be other furniture around the pool for laying out.

Good location overall

The home is in a great location—quiet and away from traffic—easy to get to anything in multiple directions, making it a very convenient location to stay. However, if you plan to spend a lot of time in the house, there are some things to consider. The garage and office have been converted into bedrooms, which increases sleeping space, but if all bedrooms are occupied, there’s only one additional shower aside of the master bathroom. This made bathroom access a bit challenging for our family trip. The outdoor space was enjoyable, but there were only three lounge chairs, which made it fell oddly limited for a home that advertises a high occupancy. Of course, we did use the chairs around the outdoor dining table, but that wasn't comfortable accommodations for a day at the pool. On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked, and everything was clean. The heated pool was a definite highlight. Overall, while the home had some great features, the bathroom situation might make us rethink staying here again.

Excellent property. The only thing that I would change is a few things were broken-dishwasher is not installed or connected to anything. There was a lot of cat/dog hair in the carpet. We wanted to clean the floors but couldn't find any vacuum and the mop was full of hair so baby was on the floor and covered in hair. Bathroom door lock was barely hanging on but I would rent this place again and again. It was amazing and so much room for all of us. The pool was great and everything that we needed was there. We made sure to wash all towels and stuff when we left but couldn't clean any floors but if you want top notch-lots of room-definetly rent this house. We will be back next year!

Fantastically comfortable beds!!

We stayed for two weeks with a group of 5-6. The home is very large and has comfortable furniture. A/C set at 72 was perfect considering outside temps reached 117+, everything was very clean and fresh, and we had everything we needed during our stay w/good communication. The main bedroom was on the opposite side of the house from the other rooms, affording more privacy. The atrium was a nice touch and when it rains outside, it rains inside! The beds were the most comfortable beds of any home we have stayed in, the main bed is electric. Clean pool w/ a large umbrella you can open up for shade during high sun. Pool furniture was comfortable enough if you care to sit outside in July! Diving board needs to be secured better, it moves! Photos are accurate but should’ve included more. Stove and oven are great, grill in the backyard was nice. Upper deck was awesome! Sunsets are stunning from up there! While it is a nice home, it is slightly dated and could benefit from some updates. Pool table has a repaired tear, and while I asked ahead of time about the pool cues and was told they are in good shape, they need new tips; we didn’t use them. This was one of the main reasons for renting this home so that was a definite negative I must mention. The main bedroom needs new doors, they can easily be pushed open by a small dog when closed/locked. The front door is hard to close and securely lock and blew open during a storm. We would stay again though because this house grows on you!

Beautiful Scottsdale

The house we stayed in was very beautiful and spacious. The heated pool was great and enjoyable. We just had most relaxing and enjoyable time. We recommend this house and really look forward to coming back here again.

Really Nice Property

The house was exactly as listed. There is a lot of room and is fairly well stocked. The neighborhood is very quiet and an easy drive to everything we needed. The pool was a great asset during the horribly hot summer days and the pool table added entertainment for the kids. The deck was a wonderful place to view fireworks from all over the area on July 4th.

Desert Bang for the Buck

This house was perfect for a 6-person golf trip. The outdoor environment including pool, hot tub, and rooftop deck w/panoramic views was exactly what we were looking for. Plenty big space for our group as well. Quiet and big lot for privacy.

Great Stay

It was so amazing. We loved the house patio& balcony. We loved the available pool toys. And thank u for providing paper products. Very accommodating to the family. The kitchen was filled with what we needed. Needed sharp knifes & Mayb a bit of Tupperware for leftovers. Tried hard to keep ahead of the wasps & ants. We would recommend your location highly!!

Great space big house

The only issue is that the items in the kitchen to cook with a really pretty crappy, the kitchen itself is outstanding with a chef’s stove and flat top, being a chef I was excited to cook in the kitchen but was taken back by the poor quality of the pots and pans and utensils. Otherwise the house is simply amazing it is a great place to have a family event

Frat House Feel

The house kind of smelled and in need of many repairs. There were a couple of dead animals in the pool. Sheets and towels were thin and poor quality. Overall it was extremely underwhelming.

Broken outdoor lights, master toilet didn’t work, one less bathroom than advertised, had to do a load of dishes before using and the sink didn’t drain in the Jack and Jill bathroom....and never was able to access the “free” golf

No Garage Rodent Damage

Outside cushions were very dirty and moldy. I saw this listed in another review but has not been remedied. Rodents ate wires and cables under vehicle. $2000 of damage. Had to be fixed before vehicle drivable. Owner put out more rodent traps when notified but damage was done.

Whispering Wind 2023

The house overall worked for our one month stay. The neighborhood is peaceful and friendly and great for outdoor running and walking. Our dog was happy. The layout is unique with 4 bedrooms linked together; we had a few guests at different times it accommodated our needs and then some. The living areas of the home are spacious and functional. The Master bedroom (located opposite the 4 linked bedrooms) was roomy and comfortable. A few comments on what would have made this a better stay: the kitchen, while equipped with some great appliances, needs a deep clean. We came across dirty dishes on shelves, rusty knives and everything we utilized needed to be scrubbed beforehand. There was extremely limited glassware (one wine glass) which was surprising. We ended up purchasing a number of basic kitchen items for our stay; if the house is being used for entertaining a large group, plan accordingly. Lastly, there were a few minor leaks (pot filler and the ceiling in the sun room off the tv area) and we experienced a septic issue which took up 2 of our days in the house. The pool table has one functional cue, the rest are trashed. The management team was extremely responsive (the first septic issue was on a Sunday morning) which was resolved quickly for a Sunday and that was appreciated. Then on our last day, the septic issue returned; we decided to pack up and leave a day early since it likely would have been another wasted day (and no water usage which would be extremely difficult for the day of leaving). __Again, overall, it worked for us and if some of the minor things are addressed would be a great place to host a group. As a whole the house is a little tired and could use some refreshing but functional.
