The Space:
This beautiful North Phoenix home is the perfect launching pad to experience all that the city has to offer. Whether you are travelling to visit friends, celebrate a special occasion, looking to hike with your friends, or travelling with friends to golf, this home will work for your group or family.
All the furniture is brand-new and modern. The living room has a Netflix Equipped Smart TV and lots of space. The kitchen and dining area is set up with everything that you'll need for cooking. There are multiple sitting and dining areas, allowing space for meals, board games, and even some work!
There is lightening fast Wi-Fi, complimentary coffee, and all the essentials that you'll need for a great stay.
The outdoor area is truly special. There's a large pool and cabana, pool chairs, BBQ, firepit, and outdoor dining area. You’ll have everything that you need to enjoy the beautiful weather!
Each bedroom has a luxurious bed with 600 thread count sheets and luxurious pillows. There's a King bed in the master bedroom, plus 2 Queens and a Bunk bed with a large lower bunk! It's the perfect place for groups visiting the city!
There’s also a game room with ping pong, cornhole, a dart board, and other fun games.
There's a driveway that fits up to two cars and free street parking!

Guests will enjoy a peaceful lifestyle with tree-lined streets and numerous nearby parks, including the popular Adobe Mountain Park, which offers hiking trails, open green spaces, and recreational facilities.
The home’s location also provides easy access to a variety of amenities, including local shopping centers, grocery stores, and popular dining spots, all within a short drive. Just minutes away, you’ll find the I-17 and Loop 101 freeways, allowing for a quick and easy commute to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale, and other surrounding areas. Whether you’re looking for outdoor adventure or modern conveniences, this neighborhood has something for everyone. Getting Around:
There's free parking at my home for up to two vehicles in the driveway and most of the city's attraction are a short drive away. Ubers are a great option to get to the city, so you'll never need a car if you don't have one.
Other Things to Note:
The garage is set up as a game room. It is not available for parking, but you can park in the driveway.
The cost of heating the pool is $100/day. We need to charge this fee because the cost of utilities is very high. There are also some minimums because we can't turn it off/on.
- If you are staying for four nights or less and would like to purchase pool heating, you must purchase heating for 100% of your stay.
- If you are staying for five nights or more and would like to purchase pool heating, there is a three night minimum.
