Beautiful home in great location

This home was located in a very nice area, very clean, and beautiful with tons of room for our family. The kids absolutely loved the PacMan game which quickly became the main attraction. The house was fully stocked with everything we needed and the owner was great with communication on any questions I had throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

infested with mice and also horrible customer service

Worst experience ever. Were here for a 2 weeks for serious surgery/care at Mayo. At bedtime we discovered mouse droppings in every single bed. About 20 in the main room, on pillows, under sheets. Also in every other bed except bunks. Then discovered same in every bathroom. Then found bedding had not been changed from prior renters. Hughberry 24/7 on-call eventually responded with offer to give us code to access clean sheets and fix beds ourselves. Due to health concerns, we said no. Were told that Hughberry could not provide us any other assistance but would pay for 2 nights of hotel. We scrambled around at 11pm and luckily found a hotel that wasn't terribly expensive and had rooms for all of us. We had to pack up everything from this house and drive over to the new hotel and get settled in time for 5:30am check-in at hospital. Hughberry now denies making this offer and refuses to pay. Stay away from them and from this house.
