This place was perfect for family vacation. Quiet neighborhood, close enough to do day trips, and pool time enjoyed by all. pool table, shuffle board, and small putting green also enjoyed during non travel days. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The location was ideal; close enough to Phoenix for city amenities, but right at the foot of the mountains and exploring. The house itself had lots of fun activities and was well maintained.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed the house; everything was set up for us, and the spa was already heated. The house is equipped with everything one might need. It’s in a great location—close enough that you’re not driving too much, but far enough out to be away from the hustle and bustle.

This house is a very nice well kept and pretty well stocked house. We all loved the pool both swimming and table . The backyard was special. 4 nice bedrooms so our granddaughters didn't have to sleep in the same room .

Gold Canyon Christmas!

Christmas in Gold Canyon was wonderful - converged from North Dakota, Kansas, Massachusetts & Arizona to be under one roof for Santa to find us. This location was perfect and the property gave us lots of things to do. We enjoyed all the amenities! We biked, hiked, swam, played lots of games, watched Christmas movies, grilled, cooked, baked and relaxed. All the beds were said to be very comfy!

Gold Canyon fun

We chose this property because of its location and its outdoors amenities. It was located close to friends and relatives homes in the area. The back yard was wonderful and we used the pool everyday. We also cooked almost all our meals for the full week and the kitchen was equipped with pretty much everything we needed.

Great stay for our family!

My husband and I brought our 5 “kids” ages between 23-15 and had a wonderful stay! We were visiting our parents who live across the hwy in Gold Canyon Vistas. This house was close to that park, grocery store, restaurants, Starbucks, silly mountain. House had all amenities and conveniences you could ask for. Pool was perfectly heated and the kids loved the pool table, shuffleboard, and hot tub. We cooked several meals here and had all of the things we needed in the kitchen. For our preferences, the beds seemed hard, but sheets were nice and soft. We would stay here again.

Fabulous value!

We went on vacation with our children, 2 and 9 and their grandparents. Everyone had so much fun, you would think we were on a vrbo comerical. We explored phenoix and enjoyed the pool, the girls had a blast! It was one level and had a rail to get into the pool which was perfect for my father in law. Not too much for the toddler to get into, and the door locked so we didnt have to worry about her sneaking into the pool. The property managers were amazing, so helpful Thanks!!!

Beautiful location and property was pristine! Safe neighborhood and everything we needed was onsite. The pool was clean with pool toys and towels and the kitchen and bathroom had basic necessities stocked. There was access to 2 bikes and a pool table. Checking in and extending our stay due to flight changes was seamless. When I had a question it was answered right away by phone or a simple text. The management was very responsive. I would highly recommend this stay and would book it again.

Outstanding October Trip!

I highly recommend this beautiful home!! If you are looking for a relaxing, quiet home to vacation at, this is the one for you! This house has all the amenities you will need for a stress free stay from blow dryers to a Ninja blender for those "special" drinks around the pool. The bedrooms are huge and the beds were very comfortable! The soaker tub in the master bathroom is heaven! The house was so clean and welcoming! I loved grabbing my morning coffee and watching all the hummingbirds, quails and morning doves that enjoyed the trees and flowers in the backyard. We were even visited by a very friendly neighborhood cat in the evenings. I can't wait to book our next stay!

Overall this is a nice place. It was pretty clean (we did have some silverware that was in the drawer that was covered with dried food) I’m assuming a past guest left. Master bed was comfortable but other rooms could use new mattresses. The decor could use some updating. Pool is nice (other than the ugly cover). We paid to heat it but wasn’t worth it. Temps were about 65 degrees so even with the pool being approx 78 degrees, it was too cold to swim.

Great Family Home

Can't say enough good things about this house. It had everything we needed for our family (3 couples, 12 year old and infant). Bedrooms were all a good size - king size beds in 3 of the bedrooms was great. Even had a playpen that we used for our grandson. The backyard was heaven - used the hot tub everyday as well as the pool. Appreciated the lounge chairs by the pool. Putting green was put to good use also. We used the games room most evenings - shuffle board, pool table and large table where we could play table games. Owner was very attentive to us reminding us about pool cleaner coming, garbage day, etc. The community was very quiet and quick access to grocery store (Basha's) & Walgreens. Highly recommend this for families. You won't regret staying here.
