The condos direct access to the pool was a huge bonus. We enjoyed lots of sun bathing and float time. The full-time residents seemed less friendly and sometimes came across as irritated by our presence. We kept the A/C at 74 but it did vut out several times during our stay. Host was very responsive and helpful! Great locatio !

Perfect for crashing… a little small for hanging out and relaxing as a group.
Unit was perfect for our group of 5 to crash at, but too small to comfortably hangout for long. The unit was well equipped with essentials and very clean. We would stay here again.

Overall it was very good. Most of the time we were alone in the pool/ hot tub. Location was perfect for we needed. Unfortunately we were not able to use the free daily perks this time. It was very close to two supermarkets We would stay there again if available. Only down side was the sparatic. Internet which we lost almost daily.

Overall not a bad stay and in a good location for Scottsdale. Was expecting a bit nicer for the price we paid. Floors where very dirty and had hair balls everywhere. Outside patio looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time so didn’t use it. Sheets and towels where clean though.

Great spot in a good location!
We went for the ASU game. The location was perfect as far as being close to old-town Scottsdale, and easy to get down to the ASU campus. The unit had everything we needed, and was very comfortable. I’d definitely stay there again!

We had an excellent time and felt the condo was up to date, modern and spacious.
For the most part the experience was superior. Would have been helpful to have a few hot pads and dish towels as we cooked in most nights. Restrictions on playing tennis were not stated. It was required to register and sign up for court time through RBC app. We were refused access after our application was reviewed and then could not use the courts.

Great location and very clean.
My girlfriends and I (4 women total) wanted a quiet but comfortable place to get together and reminisce about high school and catch up with our lives. This was the perfect place. Some of us prefer high end hotels and some of us are the camping types. This was a happy medium. Not too expensive but clean, comfortable and it had everything we needed. We are 4 “experienced” (in our late fifties) adult women that need to be comfortable and this fit the bill. I would definitely stay again. My only recommendations would be to have luggage racks for those of us that don’t like to unpack and just need our luggage off the floor and possibly more pillows on the bed but otherwise… I would stay again. Thank you to the renters (I didn’t see anyone but communicated thru email). I highly recommend! Thank you!!

place was a little smaller than we thought. Pretty small kitchen.
Easy check in but refrigerator and kitchen had bad fish smell. We had to go buy disinfectant and drain cleaner to get rid of it. It was also in entire house but we were able to spray air freshener to remove.

Scottsdale perfect location
Great location central to everything Scottsdale. Enjoyed the proximity to the park for morning walks. Clean well maintained property in a quiet neighborhood and complex. Just what we needed to reconnect with family. I would highly recommend to family and friends for future stays. Thank you!
