We were looking for a pet friendly hotel close to the Entertainment District, and this hotel did not disappoint. The location was perfect! It's a short 5 min. walk to what I called the "Vegas" strip. The Tabor Outlet stores were right next door. The Major League Spring Training camp was a 5 min. drive down the road. Top Golf & access to the Interstate to get to Scottsdale was 2 min. away. Our room was huge and fully equipped. I was even able to get an electric burner from the front desk to use. With 3 adults and a dog, it was perfect! The exterior of the property was clean, safe, and even included a green grass area for pets to relieve themselves which included a poop bag dispensor and depository. There was a nice front patio area with tables, chairs, and comfortable outdoor furniture, which we used to enjoy our "Olive Garden" take out dinner since we had our dog. They do not have a pool, but you are welcome to use the pool at the hotel next door. The only disappointment was with breakfast. Although it included a buffet style selection, including cereal, bagels, breads, waffles to make fresh, and small containers of yogurt, the hot items, which changed daily, including eggs, were virtually inedible all three days we were there. Despite this, we will be back for sure with our own sausage and eggs!

Booked a accessible room with a bathtub. Checked in and they changed it too a non accessible room with a shower. The new room was above the lobby area and the lobby doors vibrated the bed, floor and window everytime they open or close ALL night, so no sleep all night

Unfortunately we had a terrible night. We did not have enough pillows at all, the ones we did have were flat and tiny. Also we could hear everything surrounding us. We were on the second floor above the lobby, any time the lobby doors opened our room would vibrate and shake. We could hear everyone passing by and it just was a rough night with the thin walls.

Checkin started at 3:30…we didn’t get a key to our room until 5:30. I had to do my hair and makeup in the bathroom in the lobby to ensure I was ready on time for the concert! We booked and reserved our room on 10/14/2023, they said our room was a queen bed however it was more full size than queen. I understand things happen but a 2 and a half hour delay is not appropriate. Several other people who made reservations had to wait. There was a couple that arrived after us that did not have to wait and got a room immediately at check in. Additionally the remote to our tv did not work and we didn’t want to bug staff because they were not really concerned that several customers were put off by the wait time for rooms booked months in advance. All around very disappointed in the experience and cost for this trip. I will be calling for a refund in the morning.

Nice and clean
The hotel was nice, clean and family friendly. Loved that they had free water, tea, cocoa and coffee at check in. The family game room was such a cool option for a little bit of family entertainment

This hotel is the nicest hotel, staff awesome, location to the stadium and shopping awesome, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a full kitchen with plates, cups, silverware and a dish washer.

Found the staff to be very friendly. Conveniently located to where I needed to go. However, cleanliness was less than desirable. The room we had look like someone had thrown a party, and tore the place up corner of the entrance door had a chunk that look like it had been kicked in. There were stains on the couch, which consisted of Extreme amount of dirt, and what looked like it could’ve been blood that have been tried to be removed and had turned the corner of the couch pink. The blinds were solid and looked like someone had slit them in three or four places down the center. The sink in the bathroom as well as the shower, was dirty and had excessive watermarks all over the faucet. It look like it wasn’t even cleaned from the last party that stayed there. Checking the mattress, there was things that were disgusting between the mattress and boxsprings. This also included more pink staining on the bed ruffle. It was very evident that this had not been cleaned in a very long time, if ever. Will not be staying here again.

Paid $361 for 1 night and the room was nasty. Ripped blackout blinds, chunk out of entrance door to the room, dirty film on bathroom water faucet and in shower, some type of white substance on nightstand, looked like someone had tried to clean up blood on couch, couch was filthy, box spring cover had other peoples pubic looking hair on it and all kinds of small debris. Just disgusting.

Great vacation stay and McKayla rocks!!!
Hotel was super clean, very good breakfast choices. Checkin was easy …All employees i encountered were friendly….The biggest shoutout to McKayla at front desk. She was super nice and attentive and one heckuva an employee…I’d stay here again
