The noise from this the top was insane, you could hear every sound from the room above even just a simple tap on a table. We did not sleep because whoever was there was Moving all night long and making all sorts of noise from shoe movement, bathroom, name it. No breakfast yet they mention breakfast included. I am not going back to this hotel.

My wife and I stayed for 4 nights. The hotel never gave us wifi information, when I asked for room cleaning service they told me they don't provide it because they were busy. When I would go ask for ice, the would give me a bucket from the freezer; instead of small ice pieces, it was a block of ice. The place looks and feels very sketchy. I would not recommend this.

Staff barely spoke English. Gap under door lets dust blow in. Pillows extremely uncomfortable. Room not very clean. Tiny towels to dry off with don't even fit around your waist.

I’m not staying here again, for the price that we paid for its terrible experience. The first room that were supposed to go the door is not working. And the gym room wasn’t working, the room that we were in was dusty.

The people who work here are what shines here. They are so kind and helpful. I called down because i wanted an extra chair for my grandson and they were up in minutes! I couldn’t figure out the bath and they sent someone up immediately to help! I stay in hotels at least 30 times a year and I can tell they take pride in what they do. The room was spotless. The location was perfect! The bed was cozy! This is a great place to stay!

No place to hang clothes(No hangers in the room), No tissues, no suitcase holder, old tired dresser and old tv and patches in the walls. Shower water temparature did not adjust and was too hot. Needs major upgrades to vbe a viable option in my opinion. A Beat up old hotel not refurbished and behind a strip club. Poor access and breakfast was not very good. Seemed like a good deal upfront but was far less than expected. Probably was better when it was a Ramada before this current name. Not great for $100+ a night. Good location was a postive.

Left after the first night. We were put in a room that clearly had had the door kicked in and also our deadbolt would not lock. There was no phone in the room so my daughter had to walk down to the front desk. He walked up open some other rooms so we could go in those if the door is locked. We were in the door room next-door and he never gave us a key. I felt unsafe and I hope to get some of my money refunded.
