This listing includes exclusive access to the entire main house and the detached casita. Both structures are single level and do not require stairs. There are no shared spaces with other guests.

We also manage another property directly behind this home. The two properties connect via a backyard gate and can be rented together if additional space is needed.

This compound was intentionally designed to balance large group gathering spaces with multiple private sleeping areas, offering comfort, privacy, and seamless indoor outdoor flow.

The space also features a BBQ grill, outdoor dining area, fire pit, and a covered pavilion, making it ideal for relaxing, entertaining, and hosting large groups comfortably.

Guest Access:

The home has locks with door codes. Codes and other check-in details will be provided via message and texted to your phone on the day of check-in.

Located in a beautiful residential area with nearby restaurants and bars, this home is the perfect spot for your group, whether you're friends, family, or colleagues. Downtown Scottsdale is an easy 14-20 minute drive away. There are also plenty of delicious local dining options available about a 10 minute walk away. This location is ideal for those who want to be within striking distance of Scottsdale's nightlife and culinary scenes, while maintaining privacy and quiet at night.



All guests after booking will receive a personalized list of recommendations including locals favorite spots, restaurants, and activities. We will provide detailed information and guides on the surrounding area to enhance your overall experience.



Getting Around:

The best way to get around is by car, ridesharing services, bike, or public transportation. Off-street parking is available. Should you prefer to leave your car at home, we are a 10 minute walk to a strip of dozens of bars and restaurants, and the 72 Bus takes you straight to Old Town Scottsdale. Uber/Lyft is a convenient option, too.



For the bike lover, rest easy knowing that Scottsdale is one of only 39 communities nationwide rated Gold level or higher by the League of American Bicyclists for its bicycle friendliness.



Other Things to Note:

HOUSE DISCLOSURES

–We try our best to accommodate early check-ins, but we want to ensure the entirety of the spacious estate is clean and prepared for arrival. We can often accommodate early bag drop for your convenience. Please inquire if this is of interest to your group!

–The pool is open and heated from Labor Day through Memorial Day. If you are booking dates bordering these holidays and are interested in having the pool heated, please let us know and we will determine if this request can be accommodated with our winterizing schedule.

–The hot tub is open for year-round use, but does have scheduled maintenance. We will do our best to inform guests of pool and hot tub maintenance anytime this needs to occur and keep it as short as possible to maximize your use and enjoyment.



BUSINESS DISCLAIMERS

–We have a minimum age requirement for booking this rental. Reservation holder must be 21 years or older.

–We request that guests complete a guest verification process and sign an additional agreement prior to receiving any check-in information.

–We require that guests provide a valid credit card and piece of ID for identification purposes only.

–We do not accept peer-to-peer payment systems or any prepaid debit cards as methods of payment.

–Pets are not allowed at this property.

–Packages mailed to the property cannot be received by the host. The host is not responsible for lost or damaged packages and cannot guarantee their arrival.

–We use Arlo/Hikvision and Noise Aware in our homes. Arlo/Hikvision is a video recording system that has been installed at the front/back doors of the home’s EXTERIOR ONLY, for your safety. NoiseAware is a decibel monitoring system that we use to keep in accordance with local noise regulations.

You will have complete privacy here, however every question or concern you may have before or during your stay will be promptly addressed via messenger or phone. In the case of a maintenance emergency, our ground team is available to assist you. Entry is keyless, there’s no need to coordinate key pick up.
