Make The Palm Home your home and the best pleasant stay with awesome amenities to include a nice big swimming pool, an outdoor patio with BBQ Grill, enough parking space for many cars, trailers or even an RV. A very central location, 10 mins away from State Farm Stadium, West Gate and Desert Diamond Arena. 20 mins away from Chase field and Foot Sprint Center, and 50 mins to Lake Pleasant. With 2 bedrooms, 3 beds and 2 full bathrooms, you and your family will definitely enjoy and love your stay.

This property was centrally located to all our sporting events we had planned. House was clean & well equipped with all essentials needed. Kitchen had everything you needed to make any meal. The house was nice, clean, & comfortable. Only downfall was the weather, the kids were bummed they could not enjoy the pool but other than that we had a wonderful stay and will be back on our next tournament!! Also, one thing I loved about this listing is the fact that you are allowed to have small events/gatherings, this made it feel a lot like home, it was much nicer to have local family from town over with out worrying you will be hit with extra fees, this truly is amazing as you cant find a lot of listings that allow this. Thank you Irving for hosting us!!!
