Location great, felt very safe. , 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Perfect getaway location for two ladies over 60. Pool was very clean, and not busy at all.

Wonderful remodeled condo within walking distance of downtown Scottsdale

The recently renovated condo is very comfortable and convenient to downtown Scottsdale. The kitchen had everything we needed for the week. The bed may have been the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on! My mother lives nearby, so the location was ideal for our family. I would definitely stay there again!

away from the cold

The location of the condo is great - a simple 10-15 minute walk to old town. It was easy to get to anywhere from the condo location. The host was very pleasant and easy to work with - the only drawbacks were that you could hear the upstairs tenant when he was moving around (but it wasn't terrible) and the washer & dryer situation is tricky if you don't have a good cell phone signal - luckily the neighbors are very nice and helpful.

The stay was fine, There was a problem with the front door and lock the required a handyman 2 hours to fix, It was a problem since we were locked out for a while. We loved the location so near to Old Town

Quick trip

Came to Scottsdale to help move a family member into a new apartment. Perfect condo. Clean and had everything you need. Only downside is the covered parking is further away, so we stayed in guest parking. Would recommend this place.

Everything you need and then some!!!

The owner is the best!!! Beyond accommodating!! Prior to coming I had many questions and she immediately responded every time! Last evening I received an email telling us that our flight back to NY changed from noon to 11:30 at night! I sent her a msg asking her if we could stay until 5:00 and immediately said absolutely and was nice enough not to charge me. Location is PERFECT, the place was spotless, the pool perfect and not once did we hear the neighbors!!! Also the complex has orange trees all over and some sort of tree that flowers and smells unbelievably as your walking around. Wish I knew what kind it is!!!!

Great place for a sister's getaway!

We enjoyed this property a lot! Nice pool with warm water and lots of lounge chairs to relax on. Cozy and clean condo with a well supplied kitchen and comfy beds. Close to many great restaurants and shopping which was great for us!

Perfect for our family getaway to Scottsdale/Phoenix for a few days

You will not be disappointed. Location is very close to the very upscale shopping of Fashion Square and Oldtown Scottsdale or many of the baseball stadiums (Cactus League spring training) Plus, you have the Saddleback Mountain basically in the backyard. Condo/apartment owners have thought of everything-even a port-a-crib if needed, kids books, and playing cards. Very tastefully decorated and clean. What you see in the photos doesn't do it justice, it really is a cute and cozy place. Assigned covered parking.

Good location for short term stay

If you’re only in Scottsdale for a week, this is a great place and good location for easy access to Old Town. The apartment was clean and comfortable. There were plenty of big fluffy bath towels and beach towels. But if you’re planning a longer stay, as we did for three weeks, it wasn’t quite what we needed, considering that longer term guests bring more clothes and plan to eat in more often. With a few adjustments, the owners could make it a bit more accommodating for longer term stays. There weren’t enough hangars, so we bought more and left them for others to use. There was no dish towel or dish rack if you plan to wash just a few dishes. There were the normal kitchen amenities, but no broiler pan or cookie sheets with side edges (like for roasting veggies, etc.). Also there was only salt and pepper. We ended up buying 4 basic seasonings like basil and oregano, as well as olive oil. That stuff gets expensive when you end up tossing it after only 3 weeks. Often VRBO rentals supply a few more basics like that. Finally, a collapsible laundry rack to air dry delicate items or hang beach towels would be a welcome addition. The owner Rachel was extremely responsive when we needed something. Came right over to replace a couple of non functioning items. Keep in mind for longer stays that the laundry is not in the apartment. You must use a common laundry room. And it was sometimes tough finding times when the machines weren’t occupied, and that can eat into your tourism time. Also, none of the machines have cold water wash, and the dryers on delicate are still very hot. So I wouldn’t wash any real delicate clothing in them. So my 4 star rating was because of our particular situation - and because it was pricey for a longer term stay - no discount was offered for longer stays. But if you’re interested in Scottsdale and enjoy eating out a lot, seeing galleries, and shopping, it may very well be a 5 star for you.

Comfortable condo in and good location

This property is as advertised and the photos are accurate. New and clean furnishings, bedding, towels etc. Comfortable and quiet setting, yet within walking distance of Fashion Square. Very small patio, no view to speak of but that was not a priority for us. BBQ and pool area is a couple of minutes walk away. Thank you Rachel for a seamless check in and check out!
