Great home base

This was our home base for our Arizona adventures while visiting family in the area. One small issue at check-in was resolved very quickly. The rest of the stay was great. Loved the pool for cooling off. Thanks for letting us stay here.

Too many problems to list. Lack of silverware. Sunken living room.

Upon entering in the dark I fell down the step. The next night my husband fell in the sunken living rooms step and broke a rib. The bedroom was faintly lit. The silverware was a mismatched group of pieces with only three knives.The pool looked great! The pool table looked great.

Great stay, great price

Great location, within a mile of a grocery store and dollar tree. We walked, it was not too hot during our stay. My kids loved the pool, we did have to get some pool noodles and float devices since the pool is about 4ft. Pool towels were provided. The lights didn't work well for a night swim, i let them know so hopefully it's something they correct. We enjoyed playing pool and a few card games that were there. There's only a TV in the living room and master bedroom, which was ok with us since we don't watch TV in the bed. We were able to log into our apps or watch live TV. Minimal cookware, a few smaller pots and pans, we were there as a family of 6 so i had to rotate use of the one larger sized pan and 2 pots for dishes i prepared. Loved that they had kids plates, bowls, cups and utensils. The table was big enough for us all to eat together. There was a playpen there, we didn't need it but it was nice to see option for younger baby. A few repairs needed that i emailed them about, hopefully they take care of it. The bed in the master bedroom was comfortable, no one else complained about their's not being comfortable.
