Communication was not great! I was asking questions and they weren’t answered in a timely manner because it was being directed to the Evolve group instead of the host. That being said the place was great. Love s the heated pool and hottub. The beds were mucho comfortable!

Both management company and property owner were a pleasure to deal with. Great location for old town and other attractions. Only issue we came across was a musty smell every time we returned to the unit. Otherwise very satisfied

Great location, great place to stay
Perfect location that’s easy-in/ easy-out, and everything we needed was readily available. The beds are very comfortable, there’s room to relax, it’s close to everything we wanted (including just a short walk to Old Town Scottsdale), and the owner took the time to text us to ensure everything was okay. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommended the property.
