It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo with split floor plan and vaulted ceilings so feels open and inviting. Wonderful community, beautifully landscaped and maintained, and also very friendly and peaceful. The pool is just steps from the unit and is visible from the kitchen / dining window. It’s also centrally located so you are only 5-15 minutes from everything in Scottsdale, or hop on the 101 freeway and be anywhere in the Greater Phoenix area within 30 minutes.
Our place is fully stocked for anything you’d need for your stay. Every guest so far has commented one of their favorite things was enjoying the peacefulness of the balcony. Of course, the heated pool and hot tub is the other favorite being just steps away. The tennis and pickleball courts are also just around the corner along the beautiful community greenbelt (walking ) path, which is perfect for a morning or sunset stroll. If you enjoy a longer walks, you are not far from the Indian Bend Greenbelt walking/bike trail.
This condo is in a prime location - feels private, yet has easy access to the 101 freeway. You will definitely appreciate all the restaurants and shopping close by. Old Town Scottsdale is just 10 minutes away as well.
