Short Stay

The neighborhood was great and property owners were very nice. However, the property wasn't professionally cleaned, and some of the décor and noises were a little frightening. I stayed one night out of the 9 nights that I reserved. I also noticed that reading glasses had been left behind while I was away.

Very nice stay!

We needed a place to rent while we were getting our floors done at our house just a couple miles away. Very nice home and Patrice was great and very accommodating! Thank you for your hospitality!

Best Little Vacation Home

This property was such a blessing, it was a very nice home, very old and so much history, not only the homes in the area were all so nice, and people around the area were nice as well. It was centrally located to everything you could want. The Host Patrice she was just so refreshingand very kind and was always available. I will certainly book this RBNB for my family when they come for a stay.

Very clean, lots of antiques very fitting for the vintage of the house and historic neighborhood. Loved walking in the neighborhood.

Relaxing stay

Patrice and Decker were great hosts. We were welcomed by a vase of fresh mums. One morning Patrice surprised us with her homemade banana bread and snowball cookies. Our dogs were with us and they enjoyed the backyard and the walks around the neighborhood. Pretty little house with cottage feel.

Gem in downtown Phoenix!

The host was extremely friendly and communicative and the home was beautiful and cozy. We couldn't have enjoyed our time there more!
