Your private backyard desert resort includes:
• Sparkling pool and hot tub (optional propane heating available)
• Custom basketball court with Michael Jordan murals
• Mini putting green
• Blackstone grill and outdoor seating
• 4 lounge chairs and Egg chair
• Connect Four, Jenga, and more!

Pool & Hot Tub Heating (Optional)
• Both the pool and hot tub can be heated simultaneously, though heating both may slightly reduce max temperature
• Heating must be requested at least 72 hours prior to check-in and is required for the entire stay
• Rates:
• Spring/Summer (Mar–Sep): $100/day
• Winter (Oct–Feb): $125/day (required for full stay)
• Typical heated temperature: 80°F
• For safety, only property management or pool technician may operate the pool/hot tub heaters or pump
• Tampering with the system without prior arrangement may result in a $1,000+ fee

Guests have exclusive, private access to the entire home and backyard oasis (garage excluded).
• Maximum occupancy: 13 guests (adults, children, infants). Exceeding occupancy may result in immediate eviction without refund
• Early check-in and late check-out available upon request for an additional fee
• Quiet hours: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• No smoking on the property; violations incur a $500 cleaning fee
• Security cameras on exterior for safety
• No filming, professional photography, or media production without prior approval; violations may result in cancellation without refund and additional fees
