Came to the city to visit family. The location was perfect and central to where we were visiting. The pool was amazing to cool off and enjoy the Arizona September evenings. The patio and pool area were also a lovely place to watch the beautiful Arizona sunrise. The property was clean, well furnished and fit our needs perfectly.

Absolutely perfect! This house was exceptionally clean and stocked with everything we needed. The pool was amazing and perfectly positioned so that there was some shade later in the day, and the pool umbrella was extremely helpful when there wasn't. Tony was very quick to respond to my messages, and made checking in and checking out a breeze.Highly recommend!!!!

Wonderful property, checks all the right boxes!

We came to visit my daughter and wanted a nice place to stay that was centrally located and would be comfortable to just hang out. This property hit all the marks! Not only was the location great the property itself was better than advertised! The house is very well appointed, every amenity you could want, decorated nicely and the beds were super comfortable. Extremely clean as well, we spent time both inside and out and were very satisfied with both areas. The back yard is amazing! We spent most of our time outside. The pool is perfect, great size and temperature and the view onto the golf course makes you feel like you are at a resort. The outside cook and dining area provided the perfect place to have early breakfast and watch the sun come up. We did not use the fire pit seating area as it was a bit warm, we pretty much stayed in the pool until late but in cooler weather it would have been a great place for drinks and conversation! Check in and out were super simple, we had no need to contact the managers as everything was in working order, clean and easy to understand. I would highly recommend this property and will definitely stay here when we come down again.

Perfect house for a vacation

The house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. The house was clean with functional amenities, including tupperware! That was awesome for left overs and a rare treat in a rental. The master was spectacular with the huge master bath. The 2 other rooms were great for the kids. Use of the garage was a huge help keeping the car cooler. Again, a rarity when renting a home. Beds comfy, ambiance was simple and fitting for the area. We loved having a washer and dryer available, especially with the kids. We also didn't need to pack as much if we stayed at a hotel. The pool was a huge hit with the entire family. It was enjoyable for everyone with seats, and a deeper middle section. There was plenty of shade in the back so we could watch the kids without having to be in the pool or bake in the sun. We even lit the fire place one night (even if it was 100). The hosts checked in to see if we needed anything, which we appreciated. I recommend this gem at the end of a cul de sac and a wonderful neighborhood.

All Around Amazing

This was a perfect match for our family during Spring Break. Tony was so responsive and accommodating and the property was beautiful. We enjoyed the views, the house, the neighborhood and proximity, and even the recommendations for dinner and activities. It was clean, fully stocked, and gorgeous. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Property!

We stayed at this property for a short 5 day getaway from Chicago in order to catch some spring training games and do a quick get together with my immediate family which included my wife, brother, and Mom & Dad who are recently retired. We all loved the property, which includes an incredible back yard set up with fire pit, fire table, built in grill, and heated pool, which definitely came in handy with the unusual weather we experienced.The hosts did a great job explaining everything and providing detailed instructions on everything available within the place when we arrived. Further, Tony checked in during our stay via the app just to make sure our stay was going well, which we appreciated.The location in Chandler is phenomenal - it backs up against a golf course, but far enough away from where people tee off to where it still felt very private, yet we could watch people golf from a reasonable distance. There's also very quick access to a grocery store and Walgreens pharmacy which made it easy to quickly stock up on supplies.Thanks so much for the hospitality Tony! We definitely will consider coming back in the future!

Wonderful Property

My wife and I loved our stay. Were able to heat the pool to enjoy in late February/early March and loved the backyard with grill and fire pits. As a golfer I enjoyed watching people tee off on the par 3 all day long.One thing that is noticeable is lack of maintenance on the property. Many fixable things seem to be left broken to the point where it doesn't appear there is a plan to fix as there are printed instructions or stickers inside with workaround instructions. Examples: the blinds in the master do not open to allow you to look outside, dead outlet in the master, inoperable ice machine, grill ignition not working.Overall we would come back and stay here but the lack of simple maintenance leaves little to be desired.

Perfect Little Paradise!

From the moment we walked in we knew it was going to be a great trip! Spacious kitchen, living room and very clean! Decor is up to date, awesome. The outside is just as wonderful…pool, fire pits, tables. Just exceptional! We plan on going back!
