Nice central location.

Easy communication with property mgt. Had a plumbing issue - William at Casago resolved very professionally. Roomyand comfortable rental for 2 - everything included to cook-in during Covid stay. Pool area was minimally used and clean. Walking distance to grocery store and Mountain hikes. Patio area quite dirty - but I cleaned and vac’d - otherwise a 5. Also condo assn was repairing balconies - so a bit noisy during end of stay - but still a great experience overall.

Great Townhouse in Scottsdale

Overall, the house was large enough for two working remotely adults. It was great to walk to grocery stores, restaurants and bars. The gym in the complex was a plus. Only feedback: 1) lots of crickets in the house both dead and alive 2) water stain on the downstairs ceiling we stopped using the master shower as it sounded like it was leaking in the walls 3) furniture could use some updating many of the dining room chairs were broken and 4) Some of the communications with the property management company were sketchy - ie someone entered to change filters with only a 1 hour warning. Would stay here again however great location!

pictures seem enhanced..can't get to patio(tiny) without moving furniture. Furniture does not even face the TV. Main issue(besides the sleeps 6 misstatement) are the mattresses..they should be thrown away. Did not receive access codes until a few days before arrival, after asking numerous times how we would get in on our first day(flight times were a concern)..not even one coffee filter, and no instructions on how to use remotes or any other "tips"--luckily we know the area well.

Loved it but.....

We really enjoyed the place but it was really expensive. The neighbors begrudge having a monthly rental in their complex I think. Be careful you don’t let on about it.
