This was my first visit to this property and was delighted to find that the house was nestled near the mountains with great views from the garden and from the upstairs balcony. It is spacious with lots of room to spread out with a delightful kitchen with breakfast table and adjoining a large dining room/lounge area. The pool is very clean with lots of chairs and loungers dotted around. It adjoins the garden where birds including quail, woodpeckers and hummingbirds are frequent visitors and make enjoyable watching whilst lounging in the swimming pool. The weather was too warm to use the spa but it looked as if it would be lovely.Garret has very helpful with all details he provided both prior to arrival and provided quick answers to the few questions I had.Thank you Garret; relaxing at your house was a great break from work.

Great house, loved the location and there was plenty of kids stuff for us. The gym in the garage was nice, can't believe I actually used it. I think we spent time in the pool everyday. The only issue we had was the hot tub wasn't working, but Garrett got a pool tech out the next day to fix it.
