Guest Access:

The entire place is accessible for the guests with no shared spaces. This is an entire place listing for you and your family



Other Things to Note:

Pool: The pool and spa are not heated. Guests are responsible for their safety while using the pool or spa.



Guest Verification Process:



You will receive a link from Truvi (formerly Superhog) for guest verification. As part of this process, you will be required to select one of the following options:



Refundable Security Deposit - $200 with a minimal non-refundable transaction fee

Damage Waiver - $25 with a minimal non-refundable transaction fee



Truvi is an approved API-connected software with Airbnb that helps us comply with city, state, and county regulations, as well as meet local requirements to fight human trafficking.

Please note that there are trees in the backyard that provide much-needed shade during the warmer seasons. As a result, it is natural for some leaves and debris to occasionally fall into the pool and in the surrounding area. While our pool technician regularly services and maintains the pool, this is a natural outdoor occurrence that is beyond our control.



In the event that you notice leaves or debris in the pool upon check-in or during your stay, please understand that this does not reflect a lack of cleanliness, but rather a common situation with outdoor pools near trees. As such, the host cannot be held accountable for refunds or compensation related to this.



We are committed to maintaining a clean and enjoyable environment, and for your convenience, we provide a pool skimmer and leaf blower onsite should you wish to clear any debris in between scheduled cleanings.



SERVICE & UTILITY NOTICE

While we strive to provide a comfortable stay, please note that power, water, internet, and other utilities may occasionally be interrupted due to factors beyond our control, including natural events. As these situations are outside our control, we are unable to offer refunds for such occurrences.
