***For everyone's safety, we kindly ask that children be supervised at all times, especially in the pool areas, stairways inside the house, and the upstairs hallway. The indoor stairs can be steep, and the upstairs hallway has railings and areas where little ones could trip or lean over unsafely.
To prevent accidents, please ensure that children do not run, climb on railings, or play on the stairs and in the upstairs hallway. We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and comfortable environment for all guests
***Pool rules:
1. No lifeguard on duty, swim at your own risk
2. No unsupervised children under 18.
3. No running around pool area.
4. No glass in the pool area.
5. Please make sure to watch children around water at all times.
6. Please do not adjust any pool equipment during your stay as doing so can damage system. Please contact host for anything needed with pool equipment.
Opt in to heat the pool for an additional $60 per night. Please inform us at least 48-72 hours prior to your arrival if you wish to have the pool heated as it may take at least a day for the pool to reach temperature.
***Pool heat Disclaimer: Please be aware that when the temperatures in the winter months in Arizona fall under the low-50's, we cannot guarantee the pool heat is able to be retained at the set temperature of 82º, especially during the cooler hours.
