We very much enjoyed our stay at Sundrenched! The location was awesome - golf course across the street and just a few minutes' drive to Old Town. The house was great and although there were a few things that needed repair, the property management was very responsive and handled it that day. We would come back to this property again!

Couldn’t ask for anything more. House was absolutely perfect with everything one needs for an extended stay. Pool was a definite plus and we enjoyed some lazy hours in the backyard. Neighborhood was quiet and within a short walk to Old Town. Loved the lemon tree and the chill atmosphere. Would recommend this house in a heartbeat.

House was nice. Not as accommodating as we were hoping. 3rd bedroom is off of dining area and guests must walk through common area to get to it. Hot water in back suite was luke warm at best in the shower. Faucet in master bath dripped the entire weekend so we got to listen to that at night. Not as clean as we would have liked. The pool is worthless in winter months with no heat. Nicely stocked kitchen with appliances and dishes, etc. Satisfactory weekend but was hoping for a home with bathrooms within the bedrooms.

My family stayed for over a month in this home. It has two huge master suites with individual sitting rooms. The den area is just the right size to relax at the end of the evening after you make dinner in the gourmet kitchen. There were plenty of extras at this house and I loved not having to buy simple items like spices and olive oil. Our family enjoyed sitting outside around the fire pit and the backyard is very inviting to relax. We were a bit disappointed that we could not use their pool since there was no heater and the water was too cold otherwise. The only other problem we had was the third bedroom’s location. It is directly off the kitchen area so we had to be quiet until the person got up. Not a big deal, but just something to be aware of. The location could not be any better than this home. We walked to old town all the time and there is a park right down the street as well. the shopping centers as well as grocery stores were just a few minutes away. If there were any issues during our stay, the AvantStay team answered immediately and took care of any problems we had. I would definitely go back!
