Sunland Cottage in 55+ Golf Community

This 1300 sqft home is located in the Sunland Village 55+ community in Mesa. Private cottage get-a-way in the back of cul de sac. Relaxing back patio. Pools, hot tubs, and tons of amenities at the clubhouse for 30+ day stays. Pickleball, tennis courts, and golf are among the favorites. Fishing Lake and Golf Course in the community. Close to hospitals and treatment centers.

Located 15 - 25 minutes from Downtown Mesa, Old Town Scottsdale, Barrett Jackson, Spring Training facilities, Phoenix Open, and hospitals / treatment centers.

At least one guest must be 55+ years of age in order to rent. No Smoking inside, No RV's or trailers, and No more than 2 pets allowed by HOA CC&R. Fyi, The Ice Maker is not functional.

Needs work

The house needs to be deep cleaned. Carpet was filthy. Light bulbs burned out, Patio door needed to be adjusted (which we did) and cleaned. Upholstered furniture was soiled and showed wear. Kitchen appliances and cupboards were sticky and had old crumbs. Dishes were mismatched. Kitchen linens were stained. Some washcloths and towels were grey with stains.Walls had stains and smears.Backyard was full of thistles (husband pulled them 2x) and leaves.

Wouldn’t stay again. Outside was really needing TLC floors were dirty and faucet needed work. Maybe the reason for staying (chemo) didn’t help my attitude.

Great Place and Honorable Host!

The host went above and beyond for me due to some special circumstances, and was kind and generous, and easy to reach and communicate with! The rental itself was a house, and iniside it was spacious, cozy and cute, and private and quiet, too. It was well furnished, bed was comfy, and the host had everything we needed for our stay. Stores and restaurants are close by. I highly recommend staying here, especially for long term.

Fabulous!!

Beautiful home. Impeccably clean . I’d give it 10 stars!!! Nice patio for outdoor relaxation. Fenced in backyard that our puppy loved!! The only tiny drawback is that the backyard faces a busy street and is noisy at times but if we ever visit AZ again I know we’ll definitely stay here again!❤️

Easy Living

Quiet and peacefull. Big TV with Fire TV stick so any channel you have you can log into so you don't miss your favorite shows. Good location by freeways so everything is easy to get to. Really enjoyed my stay.
