Awesome vacation rental!

Aside from the dirty dishes in the sink, this place was amazing! It was spacious and it was easy to contact AZ vacation rental people to answer questions. They’re flexible and easy to work with. I’d highly recommend this property!

We were very impressed, the pictures and descriptions do not do the house justice. My whole family loved the spacious layout of the house and especially the master bedroom. We only used half of the bathroom and only a quarter of the walk in closet. We all loved the pool. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again when we visit AZ in the future.

We loved it!!

Beautiful spacious home in a gated community and as described with a great back yard and enticing pool! The house had everything we needed and was well stocked with the little things! The bathtub was a welcome relaxation and the primary had a lovely comfy bed. Very close to shops, grocery stores and many restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our relaxing stay and highly recommend.

Surprise Shopping & HIking Visit

Home was very spacious with comfortable beds, very clean, well stocked and in a quiet neighbourhood. Communication was fantastic - from the time you book to when you depart. Our stay was very enjoyable. The home was close to shopping, grocery shopping and hiking. We ventured to Sedona ( a 2 hour drive) and considered visiting Grand Canyon too but ran out of time.

Peaceful

This house provided so much. Peace and comfort are at the top of the list. There are multiple spaces to congregate as a group or if you want to find a quiet spot. The kitchen is fabulous and equipped for any meal you want to prepare. The location within a gated community was great and just a couple of minutes drive to anything you need. Best thing is that each person in our group said they had a great time and loved the house.

Amazing Home

This home is beautiful! We had a small group of friends meet here, and it fit everyone's needs. The bedrooms and living space were clean and comfortable with extra bedding, pillows, and towels. The board and table games were a nice add too. The kitchen made the house perfect. We like to cook and anything you could ask for was in this kitchen...even a juicer! We went to a spring training game and hiked on a nearby trail. The group hung out in the backyard area with the pool, hot tub, and fire pit. There was plenty of outside seating space for our group. Highly recommend this home!

Top Shelf 5 Star Experience

We had the best time here and it was definitely a 5 star stay! The home was super clean and stocked with everything we needed to be comfortable. The TVs in all bedrooms made everyone happy. The pool was refreshing and the place to be. We barbecued on the grill and dined and drank coffee on the shaded patio. Perfect! The pool deck view was exquisite and especially when the sun set! We appreciate how easy the management company made everything and all the communication they sent us was helpful. There are some fun places to visit in Surprise and nearby. We are already talking about returning here in the winter/spring to stay longer and do it all again!

Beautiful Property! Pictures don’t even begin to match how amazing this home is.Our family had an amazing time staying here. Clean, comfortable, so much to do! Swimming Pool, Spa, foosball, shuffleboard, and pool. The house is large and spaced out. So much for everyone to do, lots of gathering areas throughout. Book this home, you won’t regret it!
