Overall Great Property
The house is spacious with a great backyard. It is a little more outdated than the pictures show. Two king beds are in serious need of replacement but there was some new furniture in the garage so they may be in the process of doing this. Fan didn't work in primary bedroom bath and there was a leak on the floor. No tissue for the counters and we ran low on TP. Little things like the tissue, garbage cans in all bathrooms, kitchen needs like foil, suran wrap and zip lock bags (we provided all) would have been nice touches that would have made a big impact. The coffee pot is a standard coffee pot that takes forever to brew. A Keurig option would be nice although I know not environmentally friendly. The basketball court paint is coming up and it has a slick surface. The goods, the house is very spacious and well stocked for plates, pans, silverware, glass and plastic cups/glasses, bathroom and pool towels. The hot-tub, pool and grill were all in good, clean working order, The landscaping lights do not work. TV's in every room (we didn't use them but nice to have). The remote in the living room is very slow and needs to be held at an angle. Smart TV though with all the streaming options. Pool table and ping pong table both in great condition. Property Manager/Owner was very responsive. Super easy check in and check out process. Great locations, minutes from grocery and everything you could need. Plenty of parking, garage and street. Quiet neighborhood
