Excellent Property

We were in town to visit our son and his family. This property was only 5 minutes from their house and in a very nice quiet cul-de-sac. The house is beautiful and very spacious. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. Our check in process was very easy, and the house was extremely well stocked and very clean. The backyard is beautiful with the putting green and the pool, and various birds visiting when I would sit out there in the mornings. And I would have to say the communication with the owner, Wes, was above and beyond. He responded immediately to texts when we had a question or needed something. And made it a point to check in and make sure everything was going ok. I will definitely stay here again!

This house was just exactly what we needed. It is spacious with many amenities. Location is great, close to everything you need. Julie and Wes are great hosts who communicated with us from the start to check out. We would recommend this property to anyone needed room to spread out and relax.

Family Celebration

The large home was very suitable for our group of eight visitors, plus local grandparents dropping in and out. The young folks had a grand time in the pool, yard, and nearby park. However, refrigerator & freezer lights didn't work, and the fridge froze our eggs. We also had trouble getting the oven to heat up. The upper bunk bed makes a lot of noise. The host was always quick to answer questions, and to take action to accommodate us. He was a pleasure to work with.

Beautiful Home, great owner communication

This home was even better than we had hoped. The owners took took special care to prepare the home for our Christmas visit. Sweet decor greeted us when we arrived Christmas Eve. Kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of spare linens and household supplies. The backyard and pool area were beautiful and left us wanting to return on a non-rainy week. We enjoyed the garage ping pong table, etc, they provided a ton of fun for our teenagers. The neighborhood is quiet but is also easy to get to and only a short distance to many restaurants and great shopping. We will definitely return! Thank you Wes and Julie for taking care to ensure we had a Merry Christmas!!

Surprise golf week

All in all, very good. A few issues, like every property has. Need more coffee cups. We had 5 guys and there were 5 cups. Had to hand wash cups every morning. The a/c in the downstairs master suite blows very hard and rattles the air vent. Very noisy, difficult to sleep. Maybe there is a way to adjust the a/c fan, but I was unable to find it ( I am not familiar with the Nest); also the smoke detector started chirping in the middle of the night. Very glad you had a ladder in the garage so I could remove the battery. By the way, you had no spare batteries. The garbage was full of palm fronds. Maybe the landscaper forgot to put out the cans once they were full. we made it work. No first aid kit, even though there is a cabinet/drawer labeled as having one. One guy cut his finger cutting a tomato, not a big deal, but would have been nice to have. Some of the guys said their ceiling fans were wobbly and noisy. All things listed were minor, but something a future guest may have issues with. We enjoyed our stay. I communicated with Wes. He was excellent!! Great at getting back to me if I had a question. Oh yeah, maybe have a binder handy with what you expect guests to do upon checkout. I had to text regarding linens, towels, thermostat, etc.

Golf trip to Phoenix

Very comfortable house in a tidy and safe neighborhood. We cooked quite a bit while there, so enjoyed a well equipped kitchen. Barbecue was a bit old and rickety, but it worked. Pool was very nice after hot rounds of golf. Would stay there again!!

Perfect for multiple day stay in surprise

This house is so big and spacious, so clean, so well appointed, very comfortable beds, everything g you need. The pool water was too chilly for us at this time of year but the putting green was so much fun. It’s location is perfect for a stay in Surprise and for an early morning walk. I would stay here again for sure. Owners were wonderful to work with.

7 Adults. Perfect size. Comfortable and spacious. Nicely appointed. Excellent service from property manager. Putting green needs to be redone. Pretty but uneven and too rocky for actual use. Would have enjoyed since it’s winter. Pretty pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect stay! House is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything. Super easy checkin and great communication with hosts. Love that basics like soaps and paper towels were already there. It was too hot for us to use the pretty putting green but the pool was wonderful.
