  • Absolutely the best location in Gilbert! Beautifully upgraded, spacious & private 4 bedroom home located near all of the entertainment, nightlife & attractions both Gilbert & Chandler has to offer. Situated in the quiet community of Freeman Farms, this tastefully decorated home is within minutes of Freestone Park, San Tan Mountain Regional Park, Downtown Gilbert, Schnepf Farms & so much more. You will love this home away from home in the heart of Gilbert!

    More About the Space:
    Recently remodeled and brand new furnishings throughout. This is a single-level 4 bedroom home with 2.5 bathrooms. Located in the main house is a fully appointed kitchen with new appliances, including gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. Each bedroom is comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Master bedroom is beautifully furnished including a king-sized bed along with an extra large walk in shower for your convenience. The property has 3 other bedrooms available, 2 with queen-sized beds and lots of drawer/cabinet space, other bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds. The open floor plan from the kitchen to the living room leaves the home feeling spacious with an ample amount of seating to ensure every guests comfort. This beautiful property also has lots of patio space, both front and back, to enjoy those summer nights with friends and family! This home is also equipped with high-speed internet, Smart HDTV's, DVD players and a stereo for all of your entertainment needs.

A great getaway

The neighborhood is quite nice. The house is extremely roomy with a large backyard and patio. The best part of the stay was dealing with the owner/manager Kathleen. She responded to every need and answered all of our questions.

UNCLEANED DIRTY HOUSE - BEWARE

The home was filthy. Contact information on the listing was incorrect by several years. When we checked into the property we found it was not cleaned, pet hair everywhere, even on the backs of the drapes. Dishes with mold in the cupboards, no supplies to clean if we wanted to. There wasn't even a roll toilet paper in each bathroom, nor a liner for the rubbish. No vacuum on property. Linens on beds were dirty. After finally locating the property manager/owners info, he showed up, unlocked the storage closet and found there were no tools to clean with. Four days later we received a delivery of a vacuum. Someone "let themselves in" to the property while we were out and vacuumed one carpet. They did not let us know they would be stopping by, breaching the conditions of the rental. Funny that we paid a cleaning fee, yet we ended up cleaning the home for them. The owner did not respond for requests of towels and linens, as there was only one per person. So, you spend your vacation washing & cleaning for them. The home is spacious, but the stay is not 'homey'. The couch is completely shedding, not a place you want to sit if you don't want remnants on your clothes after. I contacted VRBO to see if they could help out, but my inquiry was "closed" without any explanation. Do you have any input on this VRBO? I did receive rather quickly a solicitation from the real estate company that owns this residence to buy properties in the Phoenix area from them. That was the communication i received. I have rented several properties abroad and in the US. Never have we had an experience like this. Disappointed, frustrated in the lack of communication and lack of caring about their property and customer experience.

Nice Place

We stayed here for Thanksgiving. The kitchen had everything needed for dinner for eight or more. Lots of space. The casita is an awesome room with a bed, couch, and large TV, but you will need to go into the house for the bathroom. Very comfortable space in a quiet neighborhood located about a 12 minute drive from SanTan Village shops and restaurants.
